Posted by: SMonsion« on: April 20, 2017, 07:44:14 am »A real good lap on my oval will have you taking the 2 turns at around 20 mph and hitting 36 mph in straight sections. 13.79 is the fastest practice lap recorded and 14.03 is the track record in competition. I will post a video of the track with GPS info so you can get a idea of what you are gearing toward. We generally run 8-10 laps in a race and have a rolling start. So you are gearing for power coming out of the turn rather than a dead start like West Rd.

I have your best lap as 55.7 on the second lap in your race against Scott L. That is only 2 seconds more than the best lap on the day. Pretty good for your first time out on that track.
